Si les bact\u00e9ries constituent de loin la plus grande diversit\u00e9 d\u2019esp\u00e8ces dans ces communaut\u00e9s, les champignons sont aussi tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sents. Ainsi, un gramme de sol contiendrait pr\u00e8s de 200 m\u00e8tres d\u2019hyphes fongiques. Parmi ceux-ci, on retrouve des hyphes de champignons symbiotiques appel\u00e9s mycorhiziens. Cette derni\u00e8re contribue \u00e0 faire adh\u00e9rer les constituants du sol entre eux. La glomaline est hydrophobe et thermotol\u00e9rante. Lorsqu\u2019elle est li\u00e9e aux particules argileuses, elle est donc particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9calcitrante \u00e0 la d\u00e9composition biologique. Pour toutes ces raisons, la <strong>glomaline est un composant majeur de la fraction organique<\/strong> de beaucoup de types de sols. Partout o\u00f9 les formations v\u00e9g\u00e9tales sont domin\u00e9es par des esp\u00e8ces \u00e0 endomycorhizes arbusculaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/12\/Visualisation-par-immunofluorescence-de-la-glycoproteine.jpg?resize=227%2C153&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Visualisation par immunofluorescence de la glycoprot\u00e9ine\" class=\"wp-image-1325\" width=\"227\" height=\"153\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Visualisation par immunofluorescence de la glycoprot\u00e9ine (Copyright : Sarah Wright \/ USDA) <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Garbaye J., 2013 a montr\u00e9 que le<strong> myc\u00e9lium externe des CMA contribuait fortement \u00e0 la s\u00e9questration de carbone<\/strong> en s\u00e9cr\u00e9tant et en d\u00e9posant dans les sols de grandes quantit\u00e9s de glomaline. A l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la terre, environ <strong>1\/3 du carbone contenu dans les sols est donc sous forme de glomaline<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Favoriser les champignons mycorhiziens \u00e0 arbuscule par les pratiques agricoles<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s ci-dessous sont issus d\u2019un projet CEGA qui favorise la coop\u00e9ration entre \u00e9tudiants et GIEE. Les \u00e9tudiants d\u2019UniLasalle ont ainsi travaill\u00e9 sur trois exploitations du GIEE Carbon\u2019N\u2019Caux. Ce GIEE est anim\u00e9 par Cerfrance Seine Normandie (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerfrance.fr\/page\/cerfrance-seine-normandie\/rejoindre-un-collectif-dagriculteurs-aux-pratiques-innovantes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pour plus de renseignements de ce GIEE<\/a>, contactez Eline LANGLOIS et Sandrine LECUYER). Ainsi, les syst\u00e8mes de cultures r\u00e9duisant ou supprimant le travail du sol montrent une richesse plus importante en hyphes fongiques par rapport aux syst\u00e8mes bas\u00e9s sur le labour. Les <strong>CMA sont particuli\u00e8rement sensibles \u00e0 toute perturbation du sol \u00e0 cause de leur mode de vie biotrophe.<\/strong> Ces perturbations risquent alors de s\u00e9parer les CMA du syst\u00e8me racinaire de l\u2019h\u00f4te ou encore de briser leur r\u00e9seau d\u2019hyphes. Cela explique notamment les r\u00e9sultats obtenus dans la plateforme de Flamanville o\u00f9 la modalit\u00e9 destruction des couverts par le glyphosate pr\u00e9sente une abondance plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que la modalit\u00e9 outil \u00e0 disque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La r\u00e9duction de la fertilisation min\u00e9rale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les effets des produits phytosanitaires sont extr\u00eamement variables et d\u00e9pendent d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de facteurs<\/strong> tels que le type de produit phytosanitaire, le moment d\u2019application, les esp\u00e8ces de CMA en pr\u00e9sence, le taux d\u2019application\u2026 Certains fongicides syst\u00e9miques semblent affecter n\u00e9gativement la colonisation racinaire, le d\u00e9veloppement des spores ainsi que la viabilit\u00e9 des hyphes pr\u00e9sents dans les sols, alors que d\u2019autres ne montrent aucun effet, voire pour certains, montrent un effet positif. Les <strong>herbicides ont tendance \u00e0 \u00e9liminer un certain nombre d\u2019h\u00f4tes potentiels des champignons mycorhiziens<\/strong> et jouent donc un r\u00f4le dans la diminution de la composition des communaut\u00e9s CMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales r\u00e9pondent plut\u00f4t bien \u00e0 la mycorhization, aujourd\u2019hui,<strong> la s\u00e9lection vari\u00e9tale a entrain\u00e9, pour les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s modernes, une perte de d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 la mycorhization<\/strong> car elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es dans des contextes \u00e0 haut niveau de fertilisation.
