{"id":1528,"date":"2022-04-08T10:05:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-08T08:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/?p=1528"},"modified":"2024-01-31T09:46:40","modified_gmt":"2024-01-31T08:46:40","slug":"paturage-brebis-zootechnie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/paturage-brebis-zootechnie\/","title":{"rendered":"Brebis, p\u00e2turage et zootechnie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brebis dans la plaine : r\u00e9sultats agronomiques du p\u00e2turage des couverts et c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, et en zootechnie<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inn-ovin.fr\/agenda\/restition-du-projet-poscif-paturage-ovin-en-systeme-cerealier-en-ile-de-france\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">projet POSCIF<\/a> avait pour <strong>objectif d\u2019\u00e9valuer la valorisation \u00e9conomique, agronomique et environnementale de biomasses disponibles dans des parcelles c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8res par du p\u00e2turage ovin<\/strong>. Il s\u2019agissait de\u00a0: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Constituer un r\u00e9seau de fermes <\/strong>exp\u00e9rimentant le p\u00e2turage en parcelles c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8res\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Produire des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences techniques <\/strong>en Ile de France\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Mesurer les <strong>effets sur la fertilit\u00e9 <\/strong>des sols, sur les cultures et sur les troupeaux\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Evaluer la durabilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes<\/strong> test\u00e9s et concevoir des sc\u00e9narii d\u2019option des pratiques. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-8763748a0da55945a35aba699c8ab4b4\"><strong>15 fermes se sont engag\u00e9s et deux syst\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s<\/strong>, polycultures \u00e9levage et c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers en partenariat avec des bergers itin\u00e9rants. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats, le<strong> p\u00e2turage de couverts par des brebis est un syst\u00e8me gagnant-gagnant<\/strong>, avec la production d\u2019une biomasse de qualit\u00e9 valorisable par des ovins tout en maintenant une restitution au sol et un gain de temps et de gazole pour la gestion des couverts. D\u2019un point de vue pratique, <strong>pour le troupeau, il n\u2019y a pas de transition \u00e0 g\u00e9rer<\/strong>, sauf en cas de l\u00e9gumineuse pure. Il faut juste sortir les brebis le ventre plein. Concernant les cl\u00f4tures des parcelles c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8res, un <strong>fil pos\u00e9 et d\u00e9pos\u00e9 au quad <\/strong>est le plus simple en doublant avec la <strong>pose d\u2019un filet <\/strong>pour les bordures de route dangereuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des r\u00e9sultats agronomiques int\u00e9ressants pour le p\u00e2turage des couverts par les brebis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quatre ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation<\/strong> sur le p\u00e2turage de couverts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es pour un<strong> total de 23 essais<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/04\/Resultats-agronomique-paturage-bovins.png?resize=453%2C205&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"R\u00e9partitions des 23 essais men\u00e9es sur la p\u00e2turage des couverts par des bovins\" class=\"wp-image-1529\" width=\"453\" height=\"205\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/04\/Resultats-agronomique-paturage-bovins.png?w=905&amp;ssl=1 905w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/04\/Resultats-agronomique-paturage-bovins.png?resize=300%2C136&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/04\/Resultats-agronomique-paturage-bovins.png?resize=768%2C348&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 453px) 100vw, 453px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">R\u00e9partitions des 23 essais men\u00e9es sur la p\u00e2turage des couverts par des bovins<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La<strong> nature des couverts \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s diversifi\u00e9e<\/strong>&nbsp;: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repousses cultures et adventices\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvert de tr\u00e8fle de type permanent\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colza\/f\u00e9verole\/repousses c\u00e9r\u00e9ales\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoine\/pois\/radis\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langes complexes de plus de dix esp\u00e8ces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Biomasse consomm\u00e9e par les brebis en p\u00e2turage&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>couverts ont produit en moyenne une biomasse de 2,4\u00a0t\u00a0MS\/ha<\/strong>. Dont <strong>52\u00a0% a \u00e9t\u00e9 consomm\u00e9e par les ovins<\/strong>. Dans tous les cas, on observe un plafond \u00e0 3\u00a0t\u00a0MS\/ha de consomm\u00e9es. M\u00eame si la biomasse des couverts permettait une consommation sup\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact sur la population de limaces&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le protocole utilis\u00e9 \u00e9tait : six tas de son de bl\u00e9 par modalit\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s vers midi au champ et comptage apr\u00e8s 21\u00a0h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"381\" height=\"307\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/04\/Des-aspirateurs-a-limaces.png?resize=381%2C307&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Des aspirateurs \u00e0 limaces grises et noires\" class=\"wp-image-1530\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/04\/Des-aspirateurs-a-limaces.png?w=381&amp;ssl=1 381w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/04\/Des-aspirateurs-a-limaces.png?resize=300%2C242&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 381px) 100vw, 381px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Des aspirateurs \u00e0 limaces grises et noires<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les mesures montrent<strong> une r\u00e9duction de plus de la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019abondance majoritairement par une consommation directe de limaces par les ovins<\/strong> et potentiellement par une <strong>destruction des \u0153ufs par pi\u00e9tinement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compaction par pi\u00e9tinement des brebis&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>compaction a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e par p\u00e9n\u00e9trom\u00e8tre<\/strong> au mois de mars suivant le p\u00e2turage. Et dans tous les cas, <strong>il n\u2019y a pas de diff\u00e9rence marqu\u00e9e entre les modes de conduite du p\u00e2turage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principales conclusions des 23\u00a0essais sont\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pas de compaction\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9duction des limaces\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impact fertilisant positif mais faible (+6\u00a0kg de reliquat azot\u00e9)\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impact sur le rendement de la culture suivante plut\u00f4t positif mais non significatif\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Economie de temps, de gazole et de tracteur pour le c\u00e9r\u00e9alier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De bons r\u00e9sultats zootechniques sur les troupeaux d\u2019ovins<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11 crit\u00e8res li\u00e9s au bien-\u00eatre animal<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9s sur 1\u00a0256 brebis en d\u00e9but et fin de s\u00e9quence de p\u00e2turage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note d\u2019\u00e9tat corporel&nbsp;des brebis :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>couverts p\u00e2tur\u00e9s sont de tr\u00e8s bons fourrages<\/strong>\u00a0: 0,9\u00a0UFL et 90\u00a0g\u00a0PDI\/kgMS pour les couverts v\u00e9g\u00e9taux et 1\u00a0UFL et 100\u00a0g de PDI\/kgMS pour les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales au stade tallage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"551\" height=\"324\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/04\/Brebis-en-bon-etat.png?resize=551%2C324&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Augmentation des brebis en bon \u00e9tat de 8 % par le p\u00e2turage des couverts\" class=\"wp-image-1532\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/04\/Brebis-en-bon-etat.png?w=551&amp;ssl=1 551w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/04\/Brebis-en-bon-etat.png?resize=300%2C176&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 551px) 100vw, 551px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Augmentation des brebis en bon \u00e9tat de 8 % par le p\u00e2turage des couverts<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, <strong>45\u00a0% des brebis ont repris du poids<\/strong> et 35\u00a0% se sont stabilis\u00e9es. Les autres ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement perdu, mais elles \u00e9taient en tr\u00e8s bon \u00e9tat au d\u00e9but du p\u00e2turage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Humidit\u00e9 de la laine&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La l<strong>aine sert d\u2019imperm\u00e9able<\/strong>. Mais, probablement li\u00e9 \u00e0 une augmentation du transit intestinal. Car les couverts v\u00e9g\u00e9taux sont tr\u00e8s riches en eau<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Boiteries et probl\u00e8mes respiratoires&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur les six \u00e9levages, <strong>deux ont connu une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation des boiteries <\/strong>(3,8\u00a0% \u00e0 11,7\u00a0%) avec notamment une brebi<strong>s pr\u00e9sentant une boiterie s\u00e9v\u00e8re. C\u2019est donc <\/strong>un point de vigilance pour cette pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les probl\u00e8mes respiratoires, <strong>la proportion de brebis pr\u00e9sentant une toux ou un \u00e9coulement nasal augmente l\u00e9g\u00e8rement<\/strong>. Il faut toutefois veiller \u00e0 avoir une repousse de laine notable pour \u00e9viter ces probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cette pratique n\u2019est donc pas probl\u00e9matique pour les brebis<\/strong>. Les principaux r\u00e9sultats sont&nbsp;: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pas d\u2019effet sur le rendement du bl\u00e9 si le p\u00e2turage se fait au tallage sinon perte de rendement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le p\u00e2turage ne raccourcit pas les pailles quand il est fait au stage tallage <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une r\u00e9duction des sympt\u00f4mes de septoriose de l\u2019ordre de 60\u00a0% des feuilles n\u00e9cros\u00e9es \u00e0 la floraison. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les<strong> b\u00e9n\u00e9fices zootechniques sont \u00e9galement mitig\u00e9s<\/strong>. Car, la biomasse disponible reste faible et peu diversifi\u00e9e avec tout de m\u00eame une bonne valeur alimentaire mais carenc\u00e9e en calcium. Une <strong>pierre \u00e0 sel enrichie est donc n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong>. Finalement, c\u2019est davantage une opportunit\u00e9 \u00e0 saisir en cas de manque de ressources.
