Il teste depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es les <strong>extraits ferment\u00e9s de plantes<\/strong> \u00e0 base d&rsquo;ortie, de consoude, de pr\u00eale et de foug\u00e8re. Ces mac\u00e9rations permettent alors de booster la plante et de trouver une alternative \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de produits phytosanitaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fabrication \u00e0 la ferme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antoine CHEDRU a construit un local pour la fabrication d&rsquo;extraits ferment\u00e9s de plantes. Une cuve en m\u00e9tal inox permet le m\u00e9lange. Ce dernier n&rsquo;est pas en contact avec le m\u00e9tal pour \u00e9viter l&rsquo;oxydation. La qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;eau rentre \u00e9galement en compte pour la fabrication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mac\u00e9ration se fait \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature. Tout du long de la mac\u00e9ration la temp\u00e9rature, le pH et la conductivit\u00e9 sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois la mac\u00e9ration r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, un tamis filtre le m\u00e9lange. Le m\u00e9lange filtr\u00e9 est ensuite mis dans des f\u00fbts. Ils sont remplis \u00e0 raz bord, pour \u00e9viter la fermentation. Le stockage des contenants se fait dans l&rsquo;obscurit\u00e9 totale.
