Il a alors r\u00e9implant\u00e9 des <strong>prairies autour de son b\u00e2timent<\/strong>. L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait d&rsquo;avoir <strong>35 ares accessibles par vache<\/strong>. Il a \u00e9galement choisi de <strong>diversifier les esp\u00e8ces<\/strong> : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ray gras anglais, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>plantain, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lotier, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sainfoin, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tr\u00e8fles, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f\u00e9tuque,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dactyle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trois raisons ont motiv\u00e9 son choix<\/strong> de diversifier les esp\u00e8ces : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>alimentation<\/strong> plus diversifi\u00e9e, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9<\/strong> des esp\u00e8ces vis \u00e0 vis du milieu,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>esp\u00e8ces \u00e0 tanins pour l&rsquo;<strong>effet sant\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>La mise en place du <strong>p\u00e2turage tournant dynamique<\/strong> a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 quelques am\u00e9nagements parcellaires. En effet, il fallait avoir 30 paddocks d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e disponibles avec un d\u00e9lai de retour d&rsquo;un mois entre deux p\u00e2turages. Cela lui a donc permis d&rsquo;augmenter la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;herbe produite ainsi que la valeur alimentaire de l&rsquo;herbe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour g\u00e9rer les refus, il fait du topping<\/strong>. Le topping consiste alors \u00e0 faucher la veille de rentr\u00e9e dans un paddock pour rendre plus app\u00e9tente l&rsquo;herbe que les vaches p\u00e2tureront le lendemain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Toutes les publications sur la <a
