Suite \u00e0 des demandes de clients, 150 ha sont pass\u00e9s en bio en 2015. Toutefois, constatant que le syst\u00e8me en labour bio impacte fortement le sol, l\u2019ensemble des terres en agriculture biologique est, d\u00e8s 2016, conduit en non labour. Un investissement cons\u00e9quent est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans des couverts diversifi\u00e9s (45 \u00e0 60 \u20ac\/ha) afin de maintenir la vie du sol et de g\u00e9rer les adventices. De plus, Guillaume utilise fr\u00e9quemment le scalpeur dans la lutte contre les adventices. Pour l&rsquo;implantation des cultures, il ne pratique par le semis direct sur les terres en AB. En effet, il appr\u00e9hende de ne pas pouvoir d\u00e9sherber m\u00e9caniquement les cultures \u00e0 cause d\u2019une trop forte pr\u00e9sence de r\u00e9sidus en surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De nombreuses strat\u00e9gies pour construire une succession culturale en agriculture biologique sans labour<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a plusieurs niveau de gestion :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La fertilit\u00e9 du sol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Alternance culture de printemps et d&rsquo;automne (1\/1) : avoir un gros couvert fr\u00e9quemment pour ref\u00e9velopper la vie du sol<\/li><li>Avoir des couverts \u00e0 cycles et C\/N tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents pour avoir une d\u00e9gradation \u00e9tal\u00e9e et continue pour le sol<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;azote<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L\u00e9gumineuse toujours suivie d&rsquo;une c\u00e9r\u00e9ale<\/li><li>Couveer court : beuacoup de l\u00e9gumineuses <\/li><li>Association c\u00e9r\u00e9ales \/ prot\u00e9agineux pour augmenter la part de l\u00e9gumineuses dans la succession culturale<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Repousses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Repoussses de chicor\u00e9e : implatation d&rsquo;un couvert long suivi de nombreux faux semis et d&rsquo;une culture de haricot (le semis tardif permet les faux semis)<\/li><li>Ne pas mettre de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales apr\u00e8s une chicor\u00e9e<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adventices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pois de conserverie ; culture  cycle tr\u00e8s court dans lequel re\u00e8s peu d&rsquo;adventices arrivent \u00e0 gr\u00e9naison<\/li><li>Utilisation de fientes et de fumier de cheval (2-3 t\/ha) avant les couverts pour avoir un couvert d\u00e9elopp\u00e9 et \u00e9touffant<\/li><li>Luzerne (2 ans) : nettoyage de la parcelle, particuli\u00e8rement efficace contre le chardon<\/li><li>Date de semis tardive des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (apr\u00e8s 05\/11) : permet de g\u00e9rer les gramin\u00e9s adventices<\/li><li>Ajout d&rsquo;avoir avec les lentilles et f\u00e9veroles pour g\u00e9rer le salissement (triage apr\u00e8s r\u00e9colte)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 implanter les cultures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Guillaume AGNEESSENS dispose de plusieurs mat\u00e9riels\u00a0pour g\u00e9rer l\u2019implantation :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>un outil \u00e0 disques qu\u2019il utilise pour d\u00e9truire les couverts ou en combin\u00e9 avec le semoir pour les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales,<\/li><li>un scalpeur Terrano FG avec des pattes d\u2019oie et sans l&rsquo;ensemble du sol \u00e0 la m\u00eame profondeur, contrairement aux pattes d&rsquo;oie en carbure pr\u00e9vues pour le d\u00e9chaumage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet \u00e9lem\u00e9ment est beuacoup plus fin et courpant : permet un scalpage efficace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Limite : cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment s&rsquo;use plus rapidement que les pattes d&rsquo;oie en carbure.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des perspectives encourageantes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le conseil de Guillaume AGNEESSENS pour passer en techniques culturales simplifi\u00e9es en syst\u00e8me AB<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Avoir un scalpeur sans rouleau est un point cl\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer les adventices. Par ailleurs, je trouve qu\u2019il est important d\u2019avoir de beaux couverts \u00e0 cycle de d\u00e9gradation \u00e9chelonn\u00e9, afin de restaurer la fertilit\u00e9 du sol.
