Car <strong>le couple Azote\/Soufre permet d\u2019augmenter l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019azote pour une meilleure nutrition<\/strong>. Les apports naturels par red\u00e9position \u00e9tant moins cons\u00e9quents qu\u2019avant, le Soufre doit \u00eatre pris en compte dans les strat\u00e9gies de fertilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il permet alors\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>De<strong> lib\u00e9rer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments min\u00e9raux dans les sols bloqu\u00e9s par un exc\u00e8s de calcium<\/strong>. Le soufre acidifie l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la rhizosph\u00e8re et rend disponible d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la nutrition de la plante (phosphore, calcium\u2026)<\/li><li>Une <strong>meilleure valorisation de l\u2019azote<\/strong> car c\u2019est un constituant de certains acides amin\u00e9s soufr\u00e9s notamment la m\u00e9thionine, cystine, etc. Il est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la constitution de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les formes sulfates sont assimilables par la plante, ils int\u00e8grent les diff\u00e9rentes formes d\u2019engrais\u00a0: sulfates d\u2019ammoniac, ur\u00e9es soufr\u00e9es, ammo soufr\u00e9es\u2026 Les apports soufr\u00e9s peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre apport\u00e9s dans le <strong>cadre d\u2019un \u00e9quilibrage des cations dans les sols<\/strong> type Ki\u00e9s\u00e9rite ou patenkali, ou en soufre \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire dans les sols tr\u00e8s
