{"id":3142,"date":"2024-01-17T10:12:23","date_gmt":"2024-01-17T09:12:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/?p=3142"},"modified":"2024-01-24T10:54:02","modified_gmt":"2024-01-24T09:54:02","slug":"agriculture-de-conservation-des-sols","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/agriculture-de-conservation-des-sols\/","title":{"rendered":"Agriculture de conservation des sols"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agriculture de conservation : d\u00e9ploiement dans le monde et b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e0 long terme<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-medium-font-size\">D\u00e9couvrez comment l&rsquo;agriculture de conservation des sols se d\u00e9ploie dans le monde et quels sont les principaux r\u00e9sultats sur la plateforme Oberhacker depuis 25 ans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Depuis 2008\/09, l&rsquo;agriculture de conservation (AC) s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale \u00e0 un rythme annuel de plus de 10 millions d&rsquo;hectares de terres cultiv\u00e9es. En 2015\/16, la superficie totale des terres cultiv\u00e9es en agriculture de conservation \u00e9tait de plus de 180 M ha. Ce qui correspond \u00e0 12,5&nbsp;% de la superficie mondiale des terres cultiv\u00e9es. D\u2019abord adopt\u00e9e sur le continent am\u00e9ricain, l&rsquo;AC s&rsquo;est ensuite r\u00e9pandue en Asie, en Afrique et en Europe notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation des ressources allou\u00e9es pour soutenir les agriculteurs dans l&rsquo;adoption de l&rsquo;AC. L&rsquo;AC se base sur l&rsquo;application de trois principes (non labour, maximisation de la couverture v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et diversification de la rotation) interd\u00e9pendants, sp\u00e9cifiques au contexte et adapt\u00e9s localement. Pour autant, ils se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent universellement applicables dans tous les syst\u00e8mes de culture, sur tous les continents et quelle que soit la taille des exploitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Pendant 25 ans, la plateforme Oberhacker a permis de comparer deux syst\u00e8mes avec labour et en semis direct et a produit des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences sur l\u2019impact de l\u2019AC sur le cycle de l&rsquo;eau, le sol ou encore les rendements des cultures. Il en ressort que le labour cr\u00e9e de meilleures conditions de germination et de d\u00e9veloppement peu apr\u00e8s le semis. Par contre, le risque de compactage augmente dans le sous-sol, surtout en cas de conditions humides. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Le syst\u00e8me SD permet une plus grande disponibilit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs, une meilleure a\u00e9ration du sous-sol et une plus grande disponibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;eau pour les plantes. Il contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 la lutte contre l&rsquo;\u00e9rosion. Par ailleurs, les teneurs en carbone organique et en azote total sont nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans la couche superficielle en l&rsquo;absence de labour. Toutefois, ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du profil, on observe un m\u00eame niveau de s\u00e9questration de C entre les deux syst\u00e8mes. Enfin, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des rendements souvent plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et des \u00e9conomies de charges, le syst\u00e8me en AC obtient de bons r\u00e9sultats \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un d\u00e9ploiement de l\u2019agriculture de conservation dans tous les continents<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>205 millions d\u2019hectares en agriculture de conservation<\/strong> dans le monde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Le tableau pr\u00e9sente la r\u00e9partition mondiale des terres cultiv\u00e9es en AC en 2028\/09, 2013\/14 et 2019\/2019. La superficie totale des terres cultiv\u00e9es en AC dans le monde en 2018\/19 est d&rsquo;environ 205 millions d&rsquo;hectares. Cela correspond \u00e0 environ 14,7&nbsp;% de la superficie totale des terres cultiv\u00e9es dans le monde. La r\u00e9partition est plus ou moins \u00e9gale entre les pays en d\u00e9veloppement (50,5&nbsp;%) et les pays industrialis\u00e9s (49,5&nbsp;%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"539\" height=\"353\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/repartition-surfaces-en-AC.png?resize=539%2C353&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3143\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/repartition-surfaces-en-AC.png?w=539&amp;ssl=1 539w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/repartition-surfaces-en-AC.png?resize=300%2C196&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 539px) 100vw, 539px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la superficie des terres cultiv\u00e9es de l&rsquo;AC sur les diff\u00e9rents continents depuis 2008\/09 a \u00e9t\u00e9 de&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>67,3&nbsp;% en Am\u00e9rique du Sud (de 49,6 \u00e0 80,0 millions d&rsquo;hectares)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>64,7&nbsp;%) en Am\u00e9rique du Nord (de 40,0 \u00e0 65,9 M ha)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>91&nbsp;% en Australie &amp; NZ (de 12,2 \u00e0 23,3 M ha)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600&nbsp;% en Russie et en Ukraine (de 0,1 \u00e0 6,9 M ha)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>588,5&nbsp;% en Asie (de 2,6 \u00e0 17,9 M ha)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>154,9&nbsp;% en Europe (de 1,6 \u00e0 5,2 M ha)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>440&nbsp;% en Afrique (de 0,5 \u00e0 2,7 M ha)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un d\u00e9ploiement de l\u2019agriculture de conservation depuis les ann\u00e9es 1970<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Apr\u00e8s la Premi\u00e8re Guerre Mondiale, l&rsquo;agriculture a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;intensifier afin d\u2019augmenter les rendements. Pour cela, on observe l&rsquo;intensification de l&rsquo;utilisation du travail du sol et des produits agrochimiques pour la nutrition et la protection de cultures \u00e0 haut niveau de rendement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">A partir des ann\u00e9es 80, l&rsquo;agriculture de conservation commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9ployer d&rsquo;abord sur le continent am\u00e9ricain (USA, Canada, Br\u00e9sil, Argentine) et en Australie et dans quelques pays europ\u00e9ens (Espagne, Allemagne). Les ann\u00e9es 90 marquent sa plus large expansion. L\u2019adoption de l&rsquo;AC par les agriculteurs s\u2019\u00e9tend \u00e0 l&rsquo;Afrique et \u00e0 l&rsquo;Asie, tandis qu&rsquo;elle continue \u00e0 se r\u00e9pandre en Am\u00e9rique, en Europe et en Australie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Le premier congr\u00e8s mondial de l\u2019AC a lieu en 2001. En 2010, plus de 105 millions d&rsquo;hectares (7,0&nbsp;% des terres cultiv\u00e9es dans le monde) \u00e9taient cultiv\u00e9s en AC dans 36 pays, couvrant tous les continents. Au cours de la d\u00e9cennie 2010-2020, les surfaces en AC augmentent de 10,5 millions d&rsquo;hectares par an, pour atteindre plus de 205 millions d&rsquo;hectares (soit 14,7&nbsp;% des terres cultiv\u00e9es) en 2019 dans 100 pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>25 ans de r\u00e9sultats sur l\u2019agriculture de conservation avec la plateforme Oberhacker en Suisse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La plateforme Oberhacker situ\u00e9e dans le canton de Berne a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en 1994 pour comparer deux syst\u00e8mes&nbsp;: en labour et en semis direct (SD). La rotation dure 6 ans, chaque culture \u00e9tant pr\u00e9sente chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"937\" height=\"649\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/plan-plateformen-oberhacker.png?resize=937%2C649&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3144\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/plan-plateformen-oberhacker.png?w=937&amp;ssl=1 937w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/plan-plateformen-oberhacker.png?resize=300%2C208&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/plan-plateformen-oberhacker.png?resize=768%2C532&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 937px) 100vw, 937px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impact de l\u2019agriculture de conservation sur le sol et le cycle de l\u2019eau<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Le syst\u00e8me en semis direct pr\u00e9sente un taux d\u2019infiltration de l\u2019eau trois fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que le syst\u00e8me en labour. Cela s\u2019explique notamment par une destruction des galeries de vers de terre et par une compaction d\u2019horizons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">En syst\u00e8me en labour, on observe une augmentation du taux d\u2019\u00e9vaporation du sol. Le syst\u00e8me en SD pr\u00e9sente quant \u00e0 lui une plus grande capacit\u00e9 de stockage de l\u2019eau. Ainsi, en cas de s\u00e9cheresse, le sol en SD est moins impact\u00e9. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"722\" height=\"463\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/humidite-sol-en-SD-ou-labour.png?resize=722%2C463&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3145\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/humidite-sol-en-SD-ou-labour.png?w=722&amp;ssl=1 722w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/humidite-sol-en-SD-ou-labour.png?resize=300%2C192&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 722px) 100vw, 722px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Par ailleurs, bien que la distribution du carbone et d\u2019azote dans le profil soit diff\u00e9rente entre labour et SD (concentration dans les 5 premiers cm pour le SD), les stocks totaux de carbone et d\u2019azote dans les deux syst\u00e8mes sont similaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Le syst\u00e8me en SD pr\u00e9sente davantage de vers de terre, avec majoritairement des an\u00e9ciques. Enfin, on retrouve une diversit\u00e9 plus forte d\u2019esp\u00e8ces de mycorhizes avec certaines esp\u00e8ces uniquement pr\u00e9sentes en syst\u00e8me SD. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"625\" height=\"514\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/diversite-mycorhizes-en-SD-ou-labour.png?resize=625%2C514&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3146\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/diversite-mycorhizes-en-SD-ou-labour.png?w=625&amp;ssl=1 625w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/diversite-mycorhizes-en-SD-ou-labour.png?resize=300%2C247&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 625px) 100vw, 625px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impact de l\u2019agriculture de conservation sur la gestion des adventices<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Avec l\u2019abandon du travail du sol, la gestion des adventices devient un enjeu majeur. La graphique ci-dessous pr\u00e9sente la proportion de cultures g\u00e9r\u00e9e sans herbicide, avec des herbicides s\u00e9lectifs et avec ou sans glyphosate. Ainsi, au fur et \u00e0 mesure, la proportion de cultures n\u00e9cessitant du glyphosate en syst\u00e8me SD diminue pour atteindre 3&nbsp;% sur la p\u00e9riode 2013-2018. Alors que le syst\u00e8me labour est \u00e0 6&nbsp;% (due \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de chiendent). Toutefois, cette diff\u00e9rence n&rsquo;est pas statistiquement significative. Les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales d&rsquo;hiver (bl\u00e9 d&rsquo;hiver, orge d&rsquo;hiver) et les l\u00e9gumineuses (f\u00e9verole de printemps et pois) ont des rendements significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans le syst\u00e8me SD que dans les syst\u00e8mes labour. Pour le ma\u00efs, les rendements sont similaires.
