{"id":3572,"date":"2024-05-07T09:50:33","date_gmt":"2024-05-07T07:50:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/?p=3572"},"modified":"2024-05-07T10:45:59","modified_gmt":"2024-05-07T08:45:59","slug":"metabolites-specialises-des-plantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/metabolites-specialises-des-plantes\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s des plantes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Place des m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s des plantes en agriculture<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-ast-global-color-5-color has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-368b86c0bba498c38328d31bcc384bb2\">D\u00e9couvrez ce que sont les m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s chez les plantes et comment ils peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en agriculture, notamment pour la protection des cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Les plantes produisent de <strong>nombreux m\u00e9tabolites dits \u00ab sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s \u00bb <\/strong>g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement regroup\u00e9s en <strong>trois grandes cat\u00e9gories : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>les terp\u00e9no\u00efdes, <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>les alcalo\u00efdes,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>les compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques.<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Certains de ces compos\u00e9s jouent des r\u00f4les physiologiques et \u00e9cologiques majeurs tout au long du cycle de vie des plantes. Ils peuvent les prot\u00e9ger contre des maladies, des ravageurs et des stress abiotiques ou, au contraire, faciliter leurs interactions avec des organismes b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques ou symbiotiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Compte tenu de ces fonctions, les m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s suscitent un int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant pour des applications agro\u00e9cologiques allant de la protection \u00e0 la nutrition des plantes, en particulier dans le contexte de changement climatique et de d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une agriculture plus durable utilisant moins d\u2019intrants de synth\u00e8se. <strong>De plus, certains de ces m\u00e9tabolites pr\u00e9sentent des effets positifs sur la nutrition et la sant\u00e9 animales et humaines, et constituent des sources de m\u00e9dicaments, de colorants, d&rsquo;ar\u00f4mes ou de parfums pour l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire, cosm\u00e9tique ou de la sant\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Malgr\u00e9 leur importance, ces compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s chez un nombre limit\u00e9 d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces. Leur biosynth\u00e8se, le transport ou la r\u00e9gulation, ainsi que les fonctions biologiques de la plupart d\u2019entre eux restent mal connus, en particulier pour des raisons techniques <em>(exemple : quantit\u00e9s faibles, structures chimiques complexes<\/em>). <strong>Les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9cents des connaissances de ces m\u00e9tabolites et le d\u00e9veloppement des nouvelles techniques d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des plantes permettent d\u2019envisager de r\u00e9introduire ou d\u2019optimiser les quantit\u00e9s de certains de ces compos\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on raisonn\u00e9e dans les plantes cultiv\u00e9es.<\/strong> Ainsi, il doit \u00eatre possible de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de leurs impacts positifs en agriculture et sur la qualit\u00e9 des produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux pour des usages alimentaires ou industriels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s des plantes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quatre grandes classes de m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s des plantes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Les plantes produisent un tr\u00e8s grand nombre de m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s (MS). On en recense actuellement 200 000, m\u00eame si on estime qu\u2019on est plut\u00f4t de l\u2019ordre d\u2019<strong>un million de MS synth\u00e9tis\u00e9s<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Les m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, anciennement appel\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9tabolites secondaires\u00a0\u00bb, sont des compos\u00e9s organiques de faible poids mol\u00e9culaire se caract\u00e9risant par une tr\u00e8s grande diversit\u00e9 dans le r\u00e8gne v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.<strong> Les MS s&rsquo;accumulent et ont des fonctions sp\u00e9cifiques dans certaines esp\u00e8ces ou tissus v\u00e9g\u00e9taux, et pas dans d&rsquo;autres.<\/strong> Les MS des plantes sont divis\u00e9s en quatre classes principales : les terp\u00e8nes, les acides gras, les compos\u00e9s azot\u00e9s et les compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"809\" height=\"584\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/05\/4-classes-de-metabolites-specialises-plantes.png?resize=809%2C584&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Quatre grandes classes de m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s des plantes\" class=\"wp-image-3575\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/05\/4-classes-de-metabolites-specialises-plantes.png?w=809&amp;ssl=1 809w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/05\/4-classes-de-metabolites-specialises-plantes.png?resize=300%2C217&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/05\/4-classes-de-metabolites-specialises-plantes.png?resize=768%2C554&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 809px) 100vw, 809px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s sont toxiques pour les plantes. Une fois fabriqu\u00e9s, ils sont stock\u00e9s notamment dans les trichomes glandulaires. <strong>Ces derniers sont pr\u00e9sents chez plus d\u2019un tiers des plantes sup\u00e9rieures<\/strong>. C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re ligne de d\u00e9fense pour la plante car ils sont tr\u00e8s sensibles au contact et explosent en lib\u00e9rant les MS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De nombreuses fonctions des m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s des plantes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Chaque classe de m\u00e9tabolites comprend une grande diversit\u00e9 structurelle et, par cons\u00e9quent, un large \u00e9ventail de fonctions physiologiques et biologiques jouant <strong>un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;interaction des plantes avec l&rsquo;environnement<\/strong> :\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Protection vis \u00e0 vis des stress biotiques et abiotiques<\/strong>. Ils ont notamment permis aux plantes de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la vie terrestre et aux conditions d\u2019environnement fluctuantes\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacit\u00e9s de signalisation <\/strong>pour attirer ou repousser d\u2019autres organismes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les limites actuelles de l\u2019utilisation des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires des plantes dans une strat\u00e9gie de protection agro\u00e9cologique<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les limites sont de deux ordres :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La s\u00e9lection g\u00e9n\u00e9tique a entra\u00een\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction volontaire ou non de la diversit\u00e9 et des teneurs de MS dans les plantes cultiv\u00e9es.<\/strong> L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de limiter la toxicit\u00e9, les activit\u00e9s anti nutritives, certaines odeurs, ou de faciliter la transformation et augmenter le rendement des produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On connait plut\u00f4t bien les grandes voies de biosynth\u00e8se des m\u00e9tabolites primaires mais assez peu celles des MS. <\/strong>Cela s\u2019explique par une grande diversit\u00e9 de MS, par leurs faibles quantit\u00e9s et par leur stockage dans des compartiments intracellulaires de cellules sp\u00e9cifiques.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"706\" height=\"597\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/05\/voies-de-biosynthese-des-metabolites.png?resize=706%2C597&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Les limites actuelles de l\u2019utilisation des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires des plantes dans une strat\u00e9gie de protection agro\u00e9cologique\" class=\"wp-image-3576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/05\/voies-de-biosynthese-des-metabolites.png?w=706&amp;ssl=1 706w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/05\/voies-de-biosynthese-des-metabolites.png?resize=300%2C254&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 706px) 100vw, 706px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s des m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans les graines\u00a0<\/strong>li\u00e9s majoritairement \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Les graines ont un profil de m\u00e9tabolites secondaires tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent des autres stades de la plante.\u00a0Par ailleurs, <strong>70\u00a0% des calories consomm\u00e9es par les humains d\u00e9rivent des graines. <\/strong>Il est donc important d\u2019avoir un \u00e9quilibre entre les m\u00e9tabolites b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques (<em>exemple : flavonols<\/em>) et les m\u00e9tabolites antinutritionnels (<em>exemple : saponins<\/em>). Mais ces m\u00e9tabolites antinutritionnels jouent souvent un r\u00f4le important pour la plante (glucosinolates, tannins\u2026).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"402\" height=\"393\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/05\/profil-metabolites-specialises-graines.png?resize=402%2C393&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3577\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/05\/profil-metabolites-specialises-graines.png?w=402&amp;ssl=1 402w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/arad2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/05\/profil-metabolites-specialises-graines.png?resize=300%2C293&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 402px) 100vw, 402px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Des analyses m\u00e9tabolomiques ont montr\u00e9 que l\u2019environnement avait un fort impact sur la diversit\u00e9 des MS de la graine. <strong>Par ailleurs, les MS pr\u00e9sentent une plasticit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019environnement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que les m\u00e9tabolites primaires.<\/strong>\u00a0Des stress abiotiques, en particulier le stress thermique r\u00e9gulent les MS.\u00a0 Ainsi, la <strong>production de glucosinolates augmente en cas de fortes temp\u00e9ratures \u00e0 la floraison<\/strong>. A l\u2019inverse, des temp\u00e9ratures plus basses vont favoriser les flavono\u00efdes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s des plantes et insectes : vers de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies de contr\u00f4le des ravageurs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le r\u00f4le des m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans la reconnaissance des plante<\/strong>s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">En plus d\u2019indices\u00a0physiques (forme, couleur\u2026), les m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la reconnaissance de la plante h\u00f4te par les insectes phytophages. Ils peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9mis. C\u2019est le cas des compos\u00e9s organiques volatils. <strong>Les COV interviennent au moment de la localisation de la plante mais \u00e9galement pour l\u2019acceptation par l\u2019insecte.<\/strong> Il peut aussi avoir des compos\u00e9s de surface qui peuvent agir sur l\u2019acceptation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recherche de m\u00e9tabolites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s des plantes pour la gestion agro\u00e9cologique de la mouche du chou<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Une fois la plante h\u00f4te trouv\u00e9e, la mouche du chou pond au collet des plantes et les larves creusent des galeries dans les racines et s\u2019y d\u00e9veloppent en causant des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts pouvant \u00eatre importants. Puis la nymphose a lieu dans le sol. <strong>Des chercheurs de l\u2019IGEPP ont travaill\u00e9 sur la recherche de COV dissuasifs. <\/strong>En effet, il est possible de moduler les niveaux d\u2019infestation avec des odeurs. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un screening de compos\u00e9s, ils ont identifi\u00e9 le disulfure de dim\u00e9thyle (DMDS).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ainsi, le <strong>DMDS diminue durablement l&rsquo;infestation initiale de la culture <\/strong>qui, except\u00e9 pour une date, passe en dessous du seuil critique de d\u00e9clenchement d\u2019un insecticide. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;associer ces produits r\u00e9pulsifs avec l<strong>\u2019implantation de plantes plus attractives pour la mouche du chou comme le chou chinois<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recherche de m\u00e9tabolites secondaires des plantes pour la gestion agro\u00e9cologique de la grosse altise du colza<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Le retrait de substances actives (phosmet) a entra\u00een\u00e9 une impasse technique pour la gestion de la grosse altise du colza et une chute des surfaces de colza en France. <strong>Une th\u00e8se a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e pour trouver des compos\u00e9s permettant de g\u00e9rer ce ravageur.\u00a0<\/strong> En effet, les isothiocyanates et les glucosinolates sont impliqu\u00e9s dans la reconnaissance de la plante h\u00f4te. <strong>Ce sont toutefois des compos\u00e9s attractifs ne pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en biocontr\u00f4le car toxiques.<\/strong> D\u2019autres COV attractifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s en analysant la notion de gradient de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence chez les adultes des Brassicac\u00e9es. Mais leur effet d\u00e9pend de la dose sans que cet effet soit lin\u00e9aire.
