L\u2019objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de ce projet est de produire des connaissances sur les Processus Ecologiques, les Processus d\u2019Innovation Technique Et Sociale en agriculture de conservation. Un important volet d\u2019analyse a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 en France. Il a alors concern\u00e9 la biodiversit\u00e9 des sols et les services qu\u2019elle peut rendre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019agriculture de conservation repose sur trois piliers : la perturbation minimale du sol, le maintien d\u2019une couverture v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et la diversification\u00a0des rotations. Ces techniques fournissent des conditions d\u2019habitats et de ressources favorables au d\u00e9veloppement des organismes du sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus montrent alors que l\u2019abondance des micro-organismes et des n\u00e9matodes est plus importante dans les sols conduits en semis sous couvert vivant. L\u2019\u00e9quipe du projet a ensuite caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 l\u2019impact de cette plus grande biodiversit\u00e9 sur le fonctionnement du sol. Ces r\u00e9sultats sugg\u00e8rent \u00e9galement un turn-over des bact\u00e9ries plus important en agriculture de conservation par<br>rapport \u00e0 l\u2019agriculture intensive. Certains des indicateurs biologiques utilis\u00e9s dans cette \u00e9tude ont permis de mettre en avant plusieurs aspects du fonctionnement du sol en<br>agriculture de conservation. Et, ils apparaissent donc pertinents dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9 du sol pour ce type d\u2019agriculture : abondance de n\u00e9matodes et quantit\u00e9 de
