Il fait parti des rares SDistes \u00e9quip\u00e9s en semoir \u00e0 dents avec l\u2019Amazone Condor. Situ\u00e9 sur les terres s\u00e9chantes des plateaux de Bourgogne (potentiel moyen de 65 quintaux en bl\u00e9), sa premi\u00e8re entr\u00e9e est d\u2019ordre \u00e9conomique. Il s\u2019engage alors sur la voie des TCS dans les ann\u00e9es 1990. En 2004, il choisi \u00e9galement de pousser la r\u00e9flexion et saute le pas du semis direct, d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 explorer en profondeur les possibilit\u00e9s offertes par la technique et les principes de l\u2019Agriculture de Conservation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;objectif de St\u00e9phane BILLOTTE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00e9phane BILLOTTE a alors plusieurs objectifs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gagner en autonomie, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9duire sa consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ma\u00eetriser ses charges. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9volution ne se fait pas seul. Il commence par suivre les r\u00e9unions BASE en parcourant la France o\u00f9 il rencontre des agriculteurs du d\u00e9partement engag\u00e9s dans la m\u00eame r\u00e9flexion. Ensemble, ils montent en 2012 un groupe d\u2019agriculteurs au nom \u00e9vocateur : EnvieSol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suivi par la <a href=\"https:\/\/bourgognefranchecomte.chambres-agriculture.fr\/cote-dor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chambre d\u2019agriculture de C\u00f4te d\u2019Or<\/a>, les dix agriculteurs du groupe avancent ensemble sur la voie du semis direct et de l\u2019agriculture de conservation. En parall\u00e8le, il s\u2019interroge avec l\u2019aide d\u2019un comptable sur le meilleur moyen d\u2019optimiser l\u2019investissement en mat\u00e9riel. Le logiciel \u00e9labor\u00e9 projette sur plusieurs ann\u00e9es l\u2019impact de l\u2019investissement sur le chiffre d\u2019affaires et la fiscalit\u00e9. Il permet ainsi un pilotage et une d\u00e9cision plus fine de l\u2019investissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, avec des charges op\u00e9rationnelles maintenues \u00e0 220 euros\/ha (soit la moiti\u00e9 moins que la moyenne des exploitations), St\u00e9phane BILLOTTE a donc atteint son premier objectif. Ce qui ne l\u2019emp\u00eache pas, et de loin, de poursuivre la r\u00e9flexion.
