Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une<strong> discipline qui vise \u00e0 mesurer les courants \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques de la vie<\/strong>. Un des fondateurs de cette approche est Albert Szent-Gy\u00f6rgyi, prix Nobel de physiologie en 1960, il \u00e9crit : \u00ab Ce qui fait fonctionner la vie, c\u2019est un petit courant \u00e9lectrique, aliment\u00e9 par le soleil \u00bb. Jeanne Rousseau et Louis-Claude Vincent ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les premiers travaux sur ce sujet. Ces \u00e9tudes ont concern\u00e9 l\u2019eau, la fertilit\u00e9 des sols et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les conditions favorables aux attaques de maladies et de ravageurs. Les potentialit\u00e9s d\u2019application de la bio\u00e9lectronique semblent aujourd\u2019hui nombreuses, des d\u00e9fis restent cependant \u00e0 relever sur la qualit\u00e9 des mesures et la compr\u00e9hension des interactions sol\/plantes. Avec un pH du sol inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 6 ou sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 7, la plante n&rsquo;assimile plus certains nutriments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La plupart des plantes ont donc une croissance optimale lorsque le pH du sol se trouve entre 6 et 7<\/strong>. Car la majorit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs sont assimilables dans cette zone de pH. Dans un milieu acide, le phosphore, le potassium, le calcium, le magn\u00e9sium, le soufre et le molybd\u00e8ne sont moins facilement assimilables par la plante tandis que le fer, le mangan\u00e8se, le bore, le cuivre et le zinc le sont moins dans un milieu basique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le potentiel d\u2019oxydo r\u00e9duction E(h)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les r\u00e9actions d&rsquo;oxydor\u00e9duction sont des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes d&rsquo;\u00e9changes d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrons.<\/strong> Les corps susceptibles de fixer des \u00e9lectrons sont les oxydants et les r\u00e9ducteurs sont ceux capables d&rsquo;en c\u00e9der. L&rsquo;ensemble d&rsquo;un oxydant et de son produit de r\u00e9duction forme un syst\u00e8me oxydor\u00e9ducteur ou couple redox. <strong>Les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes d&rsquo;oxydation et de r\u00e9duction doivent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s simultan\u00e9ment. <\/strong>Car les \u00e9lectrons n&rsquo;existent pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat libre. La perte d&rsquo;un \u00e9lectron par un \u00e9l\u00e9ment (oxydation) se traduit automatiquement par le gain d&rsquo;un \u00e9lectron (r\u00e9duction) aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un oxydant est d&rsquo;autant plus fort qu&rsquo;il fixe plus facilement les \u00e9lectrons. Ainsi un r\u00e9ducteur est d&rsquo;autant plus fort qu&rsquo;il c\u00e8de difficilement les \u00e9lectrons. <strong>La force du syst\u00e8me oxydor\u00e9ducteur se d\u00e9finie par son potentiel d&rsquo;oxydor\u00e9duction (Eh).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le potentiel d&rsquo;oxydor\u00e9duction d&rsquo;une solution peut \u00eatre n\u00e9gatif ou positif. Plus le potentiel est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus le corps mesur\u00e9 est oxyd\u00e9. Inversement, plus le potentiel est faible, plus le corps mesur\u00e9 est r\u00e9duit. Concr\u00e8tement, <strong>un sol pr\u00e9sentant un Eh&gt;400 mV se dit oxyd\u00e9 et un sol dont Eh&lt;-100 mV se dit tr\u00e8s r\u00e9duit<\/strong>. Cette approche d\u00e9finit une zone de potentiel d\u2019oxydo r\u00e9duction optimale pour la plante. Elle est autour de 400 \u00e0 450 mV, en dessous de 350 mV, la croissance des plantes diminue rapidement, au-del\u00e0 de 500 mV il y a un risque de carence min\u00e9rale, de toxicit\u00e9 des m\u00e9taux lourds et de d\u00e9veloppement des pathog\u00e8nes. La logique est la m\u00eame que pour le pH. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 (Rh\u00f4) <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 s\u2019exprime en Ohm\/cm. Elle traduit la concentration en ions de la solution, et donc de sa charge min\u00e9rale<\/strong>. Plus le milieu se charge en ions et plus la r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 diminue. Elle est d\u00e9pendante de la mobilit\u00e9 des ions, r\u00e9sultat des forces \u00e9lectriques et de frottement appliqu\u00e9 sur les ions. <strong>Elle diminue g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement quand la temp\u00e9rature augmente.<\/strong> Pour avoir une id\u00e9e de l&rsquo;ordre de grandeur de la r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 du sol, voici quelques valeurs indicatives. Un sol \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente une r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 comprise entre 1100 et 2600 \u03a9. Une surcharge min\u00e9rale entra\u00eene une baisse de sa valeur (0 &lt; rh\u00f4 &lt;1000 \u03a9) et une carence en min\u00e9raux la fait augmenter (rh\u00f4 &gt; 2600 \u03a9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La combinaison de ces trois param\u00e8tres<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La bio\u00e9lectronique consiste \u00e0 analyser le pH, le potentiel d\u2019oxydo-r\u00e9duction et la r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 comme un ensemble pour caract\u00e9riser l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 global d\u2019un corps (sol, bouillie de pulv\u00e9risation\u2026). <strong>A l\u2019aide d\u2019un bio\u00e9lectronigramme, le produit analys\u00e9 peut se placer dans une des quatre zones suivantes : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Milieu acide et r\u00e9ducteur :<\/strong> zone de construction de la vie riche en protons et en \u00e9lectrons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Milieu acide et oxyd\u00e9<\/strong> : conservation de la vie. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Milieu alcalin et oxyd\u00e9 : <\/strong>d\u00e9gradation de la vie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Milieu alcalin et r\u00e9ducteur : <\/strong>destruction de la vie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>La zone la plus propice au d\u00e9veloppement des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux et de la vie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, est le milieu acide et r\u00e9ducteur.<strong> Cette approche holistique d\u2019un milieu favorable \u00e0 la vie, quelque soit l\u2019objet mesur\u00e9, fait d\u00e9bat au sein de la communaut\u00e9 scientifique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des mesures encore difficiles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il est possible de mesurer ces param\u00e8tres sur le sol, l\u2019eau de pulv\u00e9risation et les engrais de ferme.<\/strong> Cela pr\u00e9sente un co\u00fbt important et ces appareils n\u00e9cessitent un \u00e9talonnage r\u00e9gulier. Pour la mesure  d\u2019un sol, ces trois param\u00e8tres sont directement li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat hydrique d\u2019un sol. Il faudra donc \u00eatre vigilant \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des mesures dans les m\u00eames conditions d\u2019humidit\u00e9 pour pouvoir comparer des mesures. De plus,<strong> la valeur d\u2019Eh est difficile \u00e0 mesurer<\/strong>. Car elle semble varier, sous l&rsquo;effet des ondes \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques, par exemple (Husson, 2012). Puisque le pH peut agir sur l&rsquo;ionisation des formes oxyd\u00e9es ou r\u00e9duites, il existe alors une<strong> relation lin\u00e9aire entre le pH et Eh<\/strong>. Les autres param\u00e8tres influencant l&rsquo;Eh sont peu connus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application de la bio\u00e9lectronique \u00e0 la gestion des maladies foliaires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La connaissance de ces param\u00e8tres permet par exemple d\u2019<strong>optimiser l\u2019eau de pulv\u00e9risation<\/strong>, surtout lors de l\u2019utilisation de produits de biocontrole comme les extraits ferment\u00e9s de plantes utilis\u00e9es en remplacement des T0 et T1. Cela permet de s\u2019assurer avant l\u2019application de la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019un produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette approche permet d\u2019avoir des rep\u00e8res pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration des extraits ferment\u00e9s, notamment sur le temps de fermentation. Ce dernier est un des facteurs de r\u00e9ussite pour l\u2019utilisation de ces produits. L\u2019optimum est de pulv\u00e9riser une pr\u00e9paration avec un pH proche de 6 et un potentiel redox entre 30 et 250 mV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cette approche se base sur l\u2019analyse du pH, du Redox et de la r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9.<\/strong> Il s&rsquo;agit de trois param\u00e8tres scientifiques bien \u00e9tablis. Le cot\u00e9 innovant r\u00e9side dans l\u2019analyse bas\u00e9e sur un bio\u00e9lectronigramme. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tant de d\u00e9finir dans quelle zone se situe le produit analys\u00e9. Faire des mesures fiables et de qualit\u00e9 reste aujourd\u2019hui un d\u00e9fi \u00e0 relever pour valoriser au<br>mieux cette approche.
