Celle de la Normandie reste stable, port\u00e9e essentiellement par la production animale en hausse.<br>Chaque branche de notre agriculture a connu des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en 2019, entre les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques (pluviom\u00e9trie insuffisante en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e, canicules de juin et juillet) et l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de peste porcine qu\u2019a connue la Chine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cultures de printemps souffrent, contrairement aux cultures d\u2019hiver. La r\u00e9colte 2019 a ainsi permis de records de production, avec des rendements en hausse pour le bl\u00e9, le colza et l\u2019orge. Pour les cultures industrielles, seule la betterave conna\u00eet une baisse de rendement, ceux du lin et de la pomme de terre \u00e9tant en hausse. Le prix du bl\u00e9 se maintient, ceux du lin, de l\u2019orge et du colza sont en hausse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que touch\u00e9e par les canicules de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2019, la production des exploitations laiti\u00e8res sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es poursuit sa progression. Elle s\u2019intensifie sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et, dans une moindre mesure, sur la surface fourrag\u00e8re et \u00e0 la vache laiti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les perspectives pour les entreprises agricole en  2020<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e morose en 2018, le march\u00e9 porcin s\u2019am\u00e9liore en 2019. La fi\u00e8vre porcine a conduit la Chine \u00e0 importer massivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e 2019 particuli\u00e8rement dynamique, les abattages de volailles reculent en 2019. Les prix progressent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, compensant partiellement la baisse du volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La crise sanitaire du printemps 2020 a boulevers\u00e9 les march\u00e9s, du fait du confinement, de la fermeture de la restauration hors domicile et de changements dans le mode de consommation des Fran\u00e7ais. Les fili\u00e8res agricoles ont rencontr\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019export notamment. Dans la fili\u00e8re laiti\u00e8re, l\u2019heure \u00e9tait \u00e0 la mod\u00e9ration de la production. Certains produits laitiers ont souffert, notamment les produits AOP. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, la hausse de la consommation en charcuteries et volailles a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 aux fili\u00e8res porcine et avicole. Au niveau des cultures le lin est la principale source d\u2019inqui\u00e9tudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, des incertitudes persistent sur l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019\u00e9conomie en France, et donc sur les \u00e9volutions des fili\u00e8res agricoles. Cet observatoire des entreprises agricoles normandes dresse un bilan de cette ann\u00e9e 2019 et dessine les perspectives pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020 pour chacune de nos fili\u00e8res
