Le march\u00e9 est en croissance et les prix sont toujours r\u00e9mun\u00e9rateurs. Toutefois, depuis la r\u00e9colte de 2019, les cours sont \u00e0 la baisse.<br \/>Les enjeux d\u2019une diff\u00e9renciation par une production haut de gamme et la pr\u00e9vention des fluctuations des
