Cette derni\u00e8re est provoqu\u00e9e par l\u2019app\u00e9tit croissant de la Chine. En effet, ses besoins en alimentation animale sont consid\u00e9rables. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est accentu\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9occupation de nombreux pays importateurs de s\u00e9curiser leur approvisionnement.
