Il s&rsquo;agit donc d\u2019identifier les agriculteurs qui vont bien, et voir comment ils font.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les trois profils types d&rsquo;exploitations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut finalement regrouper les strat\u00e9gies gagnantes en trois profils types&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>maximiseurs techniques<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb, qui d\u00e9gagent un prix de vente \u00e9lev\u00e9 mais poss\u00e8dent des charges de m\u00e9canisation et annuit\u00e9s \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e9galement&nbsp;;<\/li><li>les \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>maximiseurs de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb, qui cherchent a d\u00e9gager le maximum de profit pour chaque euro engag\u00e9&nbsp;;<\/li><li>les \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>\u00e9conomes<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb, techniquement bon mais moins productifs, mais surtout \u00e9conomes en annuit\u00e9s et en charge de m\u00e9canisation. Ils recherchent le co\u00fbt de l\u2019\u00e9quipement le plus faible mais le plus int\u00e9ressant pour rester en t\u00eate.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les trois cat\u00e9gories d\u00e9terminantes pour l&rsquo;ensemble des profils d&rsquo;exploitations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces profils types jouent sur trois cat\u00e9gories&nbsp;d\u00e9terminantes&nbsp;: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>la <strong>m\u00e9canisation<\/strong> : exploitation de tailles variable, jouant sur ses charges de m\u00e9canisation de sorte \u00e0 \u00eatre et demeurer performante, <\/li><li>la <strong>technicit\u00e9 et l\u2019agronomie<\/strong> : assolement et rotations diversifi\u00e9es, allant de pair avec des grandes surfaces et une main d\u2019\u0153uvre importante. Les exploitations les plus importantes ont les assolements les plus diversifi\u00e9s (plus de six cultures). Cette diversification va g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de pair avec une grande surface et une main d\u2019\u0153uvre importante. Tandis que les petites surfaces concernent davantage les exploitants double actifs et\/ou travaillant seuls. Les charges de structures sont les m\u00eames, quel que soit l\u2019assolement. On observe aussi un effet ann\u00e9e important&nbsp;d\u00e9pendant des al\u00e9as climatiques. Les cultures de printemps se font avec plus ou moins de succ\u00e8s et induisent un rendement plus ou moins important. Les agriculteurs concern\u00e9s sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9curseurs en terme d\u2019innovation.<\/li><li>la <strong>commercialisation<\/strong> : stockage et vente des r\u00e9colte selon le cours du march\u00e9, avec des investissement variables. Les meilleures exploitations en terme de rendement stockent leurs r\u00e9coltes. Toutefois l&rsquo;investissement stockage est variable (de simples cellules \u00e0 cellule + pes\u00e9e + tris\u2026). N\u00e9anmoins, tous ont une ann\u00e9e sur quatre o\u00f9 leur prix de vente \u00e9tait inf\u00e9rieur au prix de vente moyen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est aujourd\u2019hui n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9\u00e9valuer et d\u2019analyser les strat\u00e9gies gagnantes des exploitations en grandes cultures. Car on touche les limites des strat\u00e9gies gagnantes des ann\u00e9es 2000 (agrandissement, TCS, arr\u00eat de l\u2019\u00e9levage\u2026). De nouvelles contraintes apparaissent \u00e9galement (al\u00e9as climatiques, impasses agronomiques\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les exploitants ayant le meilleur ratio EBE\/ha et le meilleur pourcentage de production montrent une augmentation de production moyenne de 4 \u00e0 5 q\/ha sur 4 ans et une augmentation du prix de vente de 4 \u00e0 5\u20ac\/t. Ceux-ci ne sont pas plus d\u00e9pensiers que les autres en termes de semence ou de PPP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les exploitants ayant le meilleur ratio EBE\/ha et le meilleur pourcentage de production montrent aussi des \u00e9carts en charge de m\u00e9canisation entre 2014 et 2017. En trois ans, les charges de m\u00e9canisation ont diminu\u00e9 de 50\u20ac, pour atteindre, peut-\u00eatre, un \u00ab&nbsp;prix plancher&nbsp;\u00bb qui n\u2019a pu descendre plus bas. Le niveau d\u2019annuit\u00e9s a \u00e9galement diminu\u00e9. Ces exploitants ont un niveau de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et d\u2019autofinancement moyen de 30&nbsp;000 \u20ac, soit 25&nbsp;000\u20ac d\u2019\u00e9cart par rapport \u00e0 la moyenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
