Cette tendance s\u2019inscrit dans le contexte g\u00e9n\u00e9ral observ\u00e9 pour la consommation alimentaire. Toutefois, les produits bio sont davantage p\u00e9nalis\u00e9s&nbsp;; face \u00e0 l\u2019inflation et la progression des d\u00e9penses pr\u00e9-engag\u00e9es (logement, \u00e9nergie, m\u00e9dias, etc.), <strong>les consommateurs arbitrent leurs d\u00e9penses<\/strong> restantes&nbsp;: loisirs, v\u00eatements ou d\u00e9penses alimentaires. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un Fran\u00e7ais sur deux s\u2019impose des restrictions sur son budget alimentaire, <strong>en commen\u00e7ant par les produits les plus chers, comme la viande ou les produits bio<\/strong>. Ainsi, le panier moyen d\u2019un acheteur de produits bio en 2022 est en recul de 4,90&nbsp;\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"359\" height=\"167\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/02\/panier-moyen-acheteur-produits-bio.png?resize=359%2C167&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Panier moyen par acheteur de produits bio\" class=\"wp-image-3903\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/02\/panier-moyen-acheteur-produits-bio.png?w=359&amp;ssl=1 359w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/02\/panier-moyen-acheteur-produits-bio.png?resize=300%2C140&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 359px) 100vw, 359px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Panier moyen par acheteur de produits bio<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les consommateurs privil\u00e9gient les marques de distributeurs (MDD) pour leurs prix plus abordables.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, les MDD bio reculent seulement de 0,8&nbsp;% en valeur (c\u2019est \u00ab&nbsp;moins pire&nbsp;\u00bb que l\u2019ensemble des produits bio), mais, dans le m\u00eame temps, les autres MDD progressent de +&nbsp;5,6&nbsp;%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les ventes de produits bio reculent sur l\u2019ensemble des circuits de distribution<\/strong> (\u2013&nbsp;3,8&nbsp;% en hypermarch\u00e9, \u2013&nbsp;3&nbsp;% en supermarch\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u2013&nbsp;8,6&nbsp;% en e-commerce), <strong>\u00e0 l\u2019exception des enseignes \u00e0 dominante marque propre<\/strong>, comme Leader Price, Le Mutant, Netto, Lidl ou Aldi (+&nbsp;6&nbsp;%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, l\u2019offre en GMS \u00ab&nbsp;classique&nbsp;\u00bb tend \u00e0 se r\u00e9duire (\u2013&nbsp;8,5&nbsp;% en 2022) et des magasins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s baissent leurs rideaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, certains op\u00e9rateurs ne semblent pas inquiets de cet \u00ab&nbsp;assainissement&nbsp;\u00bb du march\u00e9. En effet, si cette crise est europ\u00e9enne, <strong>la France dispose encore d\u2019un potentiel de croissance<\/strong>, puisque la part d\u2019alimentation bio y est de 6&nbsp;% contre 10&nbsp;% \u00e0 12&nbsp;% au Danemark. La fili\u00e8re fran\u00e7aise mise donc sur une reprise de la consommation de produits bio, port\u00e9e par la diff\u00e9renciation et l\u2019innovation (face \u00e0 la bio import\u00e9e ou aux autres labels). Mais surtout, elle devra <strong>susciter l\u2019adh\u00e9sion de nouveaux consom-mateurs &nbsp;par la recherche de sens et de valeurs<\/strong> (consommation locale, commerce \u00e9quitable, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelle r\u00e9silience pour la fili\u00e8re porcine fran\u00e7aise&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>FranceAgriMer et l\u2019Institut du Porc (IFIP) ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9tude de <strong>veille concurrentielle<\/strong> de la fili\u00e8re porcine sur 2020. La position fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 l\u2019export s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e du fait du d\u00e9veloppement des volumes destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la Chine (en 2020), mais dans une moindre proportion que pour les autres grands pays exportateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, <strong>le degr\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9laboration des produits y est relativement plus faible<\/strong>. Le programme VPF (Viande Porcine Fran\u00e7aise) a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la reconqu\u00eate du march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur fran\u00e7ais, mais n\u2019a pas favoris\u00e9 la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 co\u00fbt de la majorit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces destin\u00e9es aux march\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les investissements dans la transformation en France restent limit\u00e9s <\/strong>et ne permettent pas de r\u00e9pondre de fa\u00e7on adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 une demande volumineuse \u00e0 l\u2019export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La balance commerciale de la fili\u00e8re porcine fran\u00e7aise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En 2022, la balance commerciale de la fili\u00e8re porcine fran\u00e7aise se d\u00e9grade \u00e0 nouveau<\/strong> (\u2013&nbsp;146&nbsp;M\u20ac) <strong>avec la progression des importations de charcuterie<\/strong>, principalement en provenance d\u2019Espagne, d\u2019Allemagne et d\u2019Italie. Faute de d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s vers la Chine pour l\u2019Espagne, et de cas de FPA (Fi\u00e8vre Porcine Africaine) pour l\u2019Allemagne et l\u2019Italie, ces pays \u00e9crasent leurs prix \u00e0 l\u2019export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La progression des importations en 2022 a permis de satisfaire l\u2019augmentation de la consommation fran\u00e7aise<\/strong> (+&nbsp;2,9&nbsp;%) au d\u00e9triment des abattages nationaux, en recul de 2,6&nbsp;% sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un record atteint par le prix de vente du kg de carcasse en France<strong>, la fili\u00e8re et son maillon aval semblent donc trop fragiles pour peser et endiguer la baisse de rentabilit\u00e9 dans les \u00e9levages<\/strong> dans le contexte 2022\/2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La d\u00e9capitalisation sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent du troupeau de vaches en France<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 18 janvier dernier s\u2019est tenue la conf\u00e9rence Grand Angle Viande organis\u00e9e par l\u2019Institut de l\u2019\u00c9levage. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de faire \u00e9tat <strong>de la d\u00e9capitalisation du troupeau de vaches en France<\/strong>. Et ce n\u2019est sans doute pas la r\u00e9forme de la PAC en 2023 qui va y contribuer, avec la baisse du couplage de l\u2019aide \u00e0 la vache ou avec la convergence des aides d\u00e9coupl\u00e9es dans les zones d\u2019engraissement plut\u00f4t intensives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Par ailleurs, il ne faut pas n\u00e9gliger les effets indirects de cette d\u00e9capitalisation sur le volet social<\/strong> (moins d\u2019\u00e9leveurs et donc moindre vitalit\u00e9 de certains territoires, sous-utilisation des outils d\u2019abattage) <strong>et sur le plan environnemental<\/strong> (les prairies et les haies sont favorables \u00e0 la biodiversit\u00e9 et au stockage du carbone).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces constats sur l\u2019\u00e9volution des effectifs et les analyses qui en d\u00e9coulent doivent alimenter les r\u00e9flexions de l\u2019interprofession. <strong>L\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tier d\u2019\u00e9leveur allaitant et le renouvellement des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations<\/strong>
