Mais il diminue nettement avec l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne (UE), o\u00f9 les importations ont cr\u00fb deux fois plus que les exportations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e8s d\u2019une exploitation agricole sur quatre utilise un circuit court<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s le recensement agricole 2020, 90&nbsp;000 exploitations de France m\u00e9tropolitaine \u00e9coulent au moins une partie de leurs produits via un circuit court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vente en circuit court est <strong>plus pr\u00e9sente chez les producteurs bio<\/strong>, quelle que soit leur sp\u00e9cialisation. En effet, elle concerne plus des deux tiers des exploitations vendant en circuit court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agro\u00e9cologie&nbsp;: comment la valoriser aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">March\u00e9s de l&rsquo;agro\u00e9cologie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019INRAE (Institut national de recherche pour l\u2019agriculture, l\u2019alimentation et l\u2019environ-nement) s\u2019est int\u00e9ress\u00e9 aux march\u00e9s de l\u2019agro\u00e9cologie au travers de 28 cas \u00e9tudi\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rentes fili\u00e8res, associant agriculteurs et coop\u00e9ratives, industriels voire distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9marches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9es le plus souvent pour <strong>r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des consommateurs<\/strong> sur la r\u00e9duction des impacts sur l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019agro\u00e9cologie est un cadre reconnu par les acteurs, la communication porte plut\u00f4t sur des <strong>pratiques sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong> plus simples \u00e0 communiquer au consommateur (sant\u00e9, biodiversit\u00e9, bien-\u00eatre animal, climat, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"528\" height=\"334\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/04\/Les-10-elements-de-lagroecologie-publies-par-la-FAO-en-2020.png?resize=528%2C334&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Les &quot;10 \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l'Agro\u00e9cologie&quot; publi\u00e9s par la FAO en 2020\" class=\"wp-image-4010\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/04\/Les-10-elements-de-lagroecologie-publies-par-la-FAO-en-2020.png?w=528&amp;ssl=1 528w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/04\/Les-10-elements-de-lagroecologie-publies-par-la-FAO-en-2020.png?resize=300%2C190&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 528px) 100vw, 528px\" \/><figcaption>Les \u00ab\u00a010 \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l&rsquo;Agro\u00e9cologie\u00a0\u00bb publi\u00e9s par la FAO en 2020<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les d\u00e9marches sont diverses pour communication sur l&rsquo;agro\u00e9cologie <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines utilisent le label HVE (Haute valeur environnementale)&nbsp;; d\u2019autres construisent leur propre d\u00e9marche de diff\u00e9renciation au travers d\u2019une charte ou d\u2019une marque collective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des aspects techniques et environ-nementaux, les <strong>valeurs sociales de ces d\u00e9marches<\/strong> sont \u00e9galement mises en avant par les acteurs, au travers de l\u2019apprentissage collectif, du renforcement du lien entre les diff\u00e9rents maillons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le foisonnement des d\u00e9marches refl\u00e8te la diversit\u00e9 des innovations. Leur <strong>lisibilit\u00e9 pour le consommateur<\/strong> est toutefois un enjeu, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des produits de l\u2019agriculture conventionnelle et de l\u2019agriculture biologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuellement, <strong>la consom-mation des produits issus de ces d\u00e9marches reste limit\u00e9e en parts de march\u00e9.<\/strong> Le positionnement prix de ces produits est en question&nbsp;: des positions premium sont plus faciles \u00e0 \u00e9tablir pour des produits \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e que pour des aliments courants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019agro\u00e9cologie appelle un <strong>renforcement du lien avec le territoire<\/strong>, du fait d\u2019un lien fort au contexte p\u00e9doclimatique, et de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du partage d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, de la recherche de synergies entre produits, fili\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour leur p\u00e9rennit\u00e9, <strong>ces d\u00e9marches doivent disposer d\u2019un march\u00e9<\/strong>, d\u00e9pendant de la demande alimentaire future, avec un prix r\u00e9mun\u00e9rateur pour la fili\u00e8re. Dans le contexte actuel d\u2019inflation alimentaire, la question du prix de l\u2019alimentation peut \u00eatre d\u00e9licate. Compte tenu des investissements que suppose la transition \u00e9cologique, <strong>le positionnement prix de l\u2019alimentation pourrait rester un sujet majeur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La diversit\u00e9 des espaces ruraux face aux enjeux des transitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La France rurale r\u00e9unit 30&nbsp;% de la population et plus de 80&nbsp;% des communes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Agence nationale de coh\u00e9sion des territoires (ANCT) a r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9 une \u00e9tude sur les ruralit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re partie d\u00e9crivant la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019analyse porte sur leur contribution aux services environnementaux, alimentaires, \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie, \u00e0 l\u2019accueil et \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 des personnes. Selon les auteurs, tous les espaces ruraux contribuent ou pourront contribuer aux grands enjeux de la transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quatre types de transitions sont identifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transitions agro-\u00e9cologiques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces espaces articulent <strong>espaces prot\u00e9g\u00e9s<\/strong>, <strong>pratiques agricoles \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e<\/strong> et <strong>forte pression r\u00e9sidentielle<\/strong> et\/ou <strong>touristique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les auteurs identifient trois enjeux&nbsp;: l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre protection et exploitation des espaces naturels&nbsp;; la transition vers des pratiques agricoles plus respectueuses de l\u2019environnement&nbsp;; et l\u2019accueil d\u2019une population toujours plus nombreuse dans des espaces \u00e0 forte exposition aux risques, notamment climatiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transitions agro-industrielles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces territoires combinent <strong>agriculture et industrie<\/strong>, avec des activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques <strong>tourn\u00e9es vers l\u2019exportation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9tude, le d\u00e9fi sera la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 agricole et industrielle internationale dans des territoires offrant des disponibilit\u00e9s fonci\u00e8res, mais dont la population active diminue et vieillit, et dans un contexte de n\u00e9cessaire pr\u00e9servation des ressources (sols, eau, \u00e9nergie, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transitions agro-m\u00e9tropolitaines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces <strong>espaces en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie des grandes villes<\/strong> sont tr\u00e8s attractifs d\u2019un point de vue d\u00e9mographique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019agriculture sous forme de <strong>circuit court<\/strong> s\u2019y d\u00e9veloppe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les auteurs, les enjeux sont d\u2019une part la coordination de diff\u00e9rents modes d\u2019occupation de l\u2019espace p\u00e9ri-m\u00e9tropolitain (agriculture, habitat, fonctions productives, infrastructures de mobilit\u00e9s, etc.) et d\u2019autre part la coordination avec les villes centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transitions agro-techniques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ces territoires, l\u2019\u00e9conomie combine <strong>l\u2019agriculture (polyculture &#8211; \u00e9levage)<\/strong> et la production d\u2019<strong>\u00e9nergie nucl\u00e9aire<\/strong>, les <strong>industries li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019environnement<\/strong> (eau, d\u00e9chets, biogaz) et la <strong>logistique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement des activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es aux transitions \u00e9cologiques et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques pourrait \u00eatre source d\u2019inqui\u00e9tudes et de conflits au niveau local ou national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img
