Le GNR augmente de 23 centimes d&rsquo;euro sur un trimestre soit&nbsp;+ 30 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Le prix HT ne comprend pas la taxe de consommation sur les produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques (TICPE),
