Cet indice permet d&rsquo;estimer la variation moyenne des prix des biens et des services consomm\u00e9s par les m\u00e9nages. Il se mesure entre deux p\u00e9riodes donn\u00e9es. Il s&rsquo;agit donc d&rsquo;une mesure synth\u00e9tique de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de prix d&rsquo;achats des produits et services, \u00e0 qualit\u00e9 constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L<strong>&lsquo;IPC est l&rsquo;indicateur \u00e9conomique le plus utilis\u00e9 pour mesurer l&rsquo;inflation<\/strong>. L&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.economie.gouv.fr\/dgccrf\/publications\/juridiques\/panorama-des-textes\/Indice-des-prix-a-la-consommation#0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Insee<\/a> le calcule chaque mois pour chaque s\u00e9rie de biens ou services consomm\u00e9s par les fran\u00e7ais.
