De ce fait, des millions de personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9es par des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques extr\u00eames,\u00a0avec des situations contrast\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, stress thermique et fonte des glaces<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2023 a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e la plus chaude<\/strong> ou la deuxi\u00e8me plus chaude jamais enregistr\u00e9e, y compris pour les temp\u00e9ratures de surface de la mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2023 n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 le plus chaud, mais il a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des vagues de chaleur (juin et septembre), <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des incendies de for\u00eat, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des s\u00e9cheresses,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des inondations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"924\" height=\"701\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/Temperatures-elevees-stress-thermique-et-fonte-des-glaces.png?resize=924%2C701&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4958 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/Temperatures-elevees-stress-thermique-et-fonte-des-glaces.png?w=924&amp;ssl=1 924w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/Temperatures-elevees-stress-thermique-et-fonte-des-glaces.png?resize=300%2C228&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/Temperatures-elevees-stress-thermique-et-fonte-des-glaces.png?resize=768%2C583&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 924px) 100vw, 924px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>L&rsquo;Europe a connu un nombre record de jours de <strong>\u00ab\u00a0stress thermique extr\u00eame\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>(&gt;&nbsp;38\u00b0C)&nbsp;\u00bb. En juillet, 41&nbsp;% de l\u2019Europe du sud a \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9e par au moins un stress thermique important, susceptible d\u2019avoir des r\u00e9percussions sur la sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la mortalit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 la chaleur a augment\u00e9 d&rsquo;environ 30&nbsp;% selon le service Copernicus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2023, le nombre de jours avec de la neige a \u00e9t\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne en Europe. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, associ\u00e9 aux temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9, a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>une<\/strong> <strong>perte nette de glace des glaciers <\/strong>dans toutes les r\u00e9gions d&rsquo;Europe. L&rsquo;exemple le plus frappant est celui des Alpes, o\u00f9 les glaciers ont perdu environ 10&nbsp;% de leur volume r\u00e9siduel au cours des ann\u00e9es 2022 et 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9cipitations fortes et inondations majeures<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 33%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>En 2023, l&rsquo;Europe a connu des pr\u00e9cipitations <strong>sup\u00e9rieures d&rsquo;environ 7&nbsp;% \u00e0 la moyenne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des d\u00e9bits records ou quasi records ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s dans les principaux bassins fluviaux dont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la Loire, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le Rhin,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le Danube.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un tiers du r\u00e9seau fluvial europ\u00e9en a vu ses d\u00e9bits d\u00e9passer le seuil d&rsquo;inondation \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9lev\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les inondations <\/strong>de 2023 ont alors touch\u00e9 environ 1,6\u00a0million de personnes en Europe. \u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"409\" height=\"388\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/Precipitations-fortes-et-inondations-majeures.png?resize=409%2C388&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Pr\u00e9cipitations fortes et inondations majeures\" class=\"wp-image-4959 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/Precipitations-fortes-et-inondations-majeures.png?w=409&amp;ssl=1 409w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/Precipitations-fortes-et-inondations-majeures.png?resize=300%2C285&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 409px) 100vw, 409px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hausse de la production d\u2019\u00e9nergies renouvelables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un effet inattendu des \u00e9l\u00e9ments climatiques extr\u00eames&nbsp;: l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2023 a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par une <strong>proportion record d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de sources renouvelables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;activit\u00e9 accrue des temp\u00eates d&rsquo;octobre \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 un potentiel de production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne. Le potentiel de production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie hydro\u00e9lectrique au fil de l&rsquo;eau a \u00e9t\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne dans la majeure partie de l&rsquo;Europe pour l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, en raison de pr\u00e9cipitations et d&rsquo;un d\u00e9bit fluvial sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la moyenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En Arctique, un r\u00e9chauffement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:31% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"432\" height=\"413\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/En-Arctique-un-rechauffement-accelere.png?resize=432%2C413&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"En Arctique, un r\u00e9chauffement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9\" class=\"wp-image-4960 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/En-Arctique-un-rechauffement-accelere.png?w=432&amp;ssl=1 432w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/normandiemaine.cerfrance.fr\/latelier\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/En-Arctique-un-rechauffement-accelere.png?resize=300%2C287&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2023 est la sixi\u00e8me plus chaude jamais enregistr\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;Arctique. <strong>Les cinq ann\u00e9es les plus chaudes<\/strong> pour les terres arctiques se sont toutes produites depuis 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tendue de la glace de mer arctique est rest\u00e9e inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la moyenne pendant la majeure partie de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2023. \u00c0 son maximum annuel en mars, l&rsquo;\u00e9tendue mensuelle \u00e9tait de 4&nbsp;% inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la moyenne, se classant ainsi au cinqui\u00e8me rang des plus faibles relev\u00e9s. \u00c0 son minimum annuel en septembre, l&rsquo;\u00e9tendue mensuelle \u00e9tait la sixi\u00e8me plus faible, avec 18&nbsp;% de moins que la moyenne.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En avril 2024, la temp\u00e9rature mondiale sur 12 mois bat tous les records<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les derni\u00e8res publications de Copernicus annoncent que la s\u00e9rie de <a href=\"https:\/\/climate.copernicus.eu\/april-2024-11th-consecutive-warmest-month-globally\">records de temp\u00e9ratures mondiales<\/a> se poursuit en avril.
