Elle fa\u00e7onne les paysages, structure les territoires et demeure un pilier de l\u2019\u00e9conomie r\u00e9gionale. En un demi-si\u00e8cle, elle a profond\u00e9ment \u00e9volu\u00e9 : les exploitations sont devenues plus grandes, plus techniques, plus performantes. Cette transformation s\u2019est op\u00e9r\u00e9e dans un contexte en mutation permanente, obligeant les agriculteurs \u00e0 s\u2019adapter sans cesse, \u00e0 innover, \u00e0 anticiper.<br>Parmi les d\u00e9fis actuels, l\u2019adaptation au changement climatique est d\u00e9sormais centrale. S\u00e9cheresses, inondations, \u00e9pisodes g\u00e9lifs ou de gr\u00eale : ces al\u00e9as deviennent la norme. Face \u00e0 eux, les exploitants normands s\u2019engagent dans la recherche de syst\u00e8mes plus r\u00e9silients, plus sobres et mieux ajust\u00e9s aux nouvelles r\u00e9alit\u00e9s climatiques.<br>Autre enjeu majeur : le renouvellement des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Un tiers des chefs d\u2019exploitation approche de la retraite. Accompagner les jeunes dans leurs projets d\u2019installation, renforcer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tier et assurer la transmission des exploitations sont autant de conditions \u00e0 r\u00e9unir pour maintenir une agriculture vivante, moderne et dynamique.<br>Face \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis \u00e9conomiques, environnementaux et humains, les Cerfrance de Normandie r\u00e9affirment leur engagement de proximit\u00e9.
